Welcome to our beautiful, 2 bed 2 bath home in Englewood, Florida! Reconnect, reenergize and relax in this family-friendly space. Located 6 miles (12 Min) from the beach or spend the day in the sun & relax in the evening by the pool. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the oceanfront. Whether you're enjoying the pool or exploring the pristine beaches of Manasota Keys, our house offers a delightful escape from the everyday.

Our home has 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed and 1 queen bed and a sofa in the living room that turns into a queen size bed. We also can provide up to 2 rollaway cots for additional weekly rates. The Master bedroom suite offers private access to the pool area through sliding glass doors. There are 2 full bathrooms one in the king master bedroom and one off the queen bedroom with double access via the kitchen area. Kitchen features freshly made epoxy countertops, galley style lay-out of cabinets, a new dishwasher, a microwave, and stove, fully equipped kitchen if cooking a meal is in your plans: pots and pans, a toaster, all Tableware, silverware, cookware, drinkware, etc. The outdoors also offers a grilling area with a gas grill. The kitchen table has seating for 4 or the island can seat 2 as well or enjoy dinner by the pool with another table for 4.

Whether you're enjoying the pool or exploring the pristine beaches of Manasota Keys, our house offers a delightful escape from the everyday. There are some recent updates we have done to the house, such as adding the island bar top, adding the laundry room and purchasing new beds with luxurious lines for the best nights rest. We hope to do some more updates after the peak summer months and hope that your positive feedback helps us grow so we can keep offering this house to others all year round.

We provide pool/beach towels along with fold up chairs you could bring to the beach and a small cooler backpack you can use. Please ensure all items get returned to the home prior to checking out. Unique code will be sent to you day of your arrival; this code is active on day of arrival and will deactivate day of departure. We have a driveway available and can accommodate 2 vehicles

The backyard is your private domain, but please be mindful of neighbors with regard to noise.

Also to note: Florida is known for its wildlife and occasionally, pests may make their way into the home even in a new build. For this reason, we ask that you keep all doors closed :) We have lawn services and pool services that check in weekly, we will do our best to communicate which days they will be onsite if it happens to land on a day you will be occupying the home.
